Which FREE Assessment Works for You?

Next Step Living, a MassSave home performance contractor, will guide you through the entire MassSave
Process. A
full energy audit and a weatherization assessment, when recommended, will happen in the first visit
to your home. Next Step Living does the work.

A MassSave energy
expert
will
assess your home from roof to basement and identify where energy efficiency improvements can be
made. At a later visit the energy expert will outline recommendations for improvement. You select from a list of contractors to perform the improvements.

MassSave energy experts will
assess your multifamily building, focusing on its thermal envelope and lighting and mechanical systems.
In-unit savings potential for tenants will also be discussed.

If your gross annual income does not exceed 60% of the estimated state median income, or you already receive fuel assistance through LIHEAP, you may qualify for
free weatherization services.
